The Board is the centre's executive organ, responsible for ensuring that the academic work being carried out at the centre is of high quality; that the center operates efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and within the limits and objectives given by the University Board.

There are four ordinary board meetings each year. There may also be additional extraordinary meetings.
